Monster Monday #1

The infamous Surf Gator is a creature that appears in the middle of the day or towards twilight. Few have witnessed the creature, but describe it as a large anthropomorphic bluish alligator. It swims in the ocean, and walks on land with two legs. Accidents, including severe injury, usually occur in areas that the Surf Gator lurks. Does it leave bad luck in an area, or is it the source of these uncanny injuries?

A local artist in Florida sent this created image recently of what is believed to be the Surf Gator's upper body appearance:

Swamp Sleuth Saturday #7

Here are a few shots that were sent in recently of lurking areas for an unknown goat-like creature in Southeastern NC.

As you may not be able to tell from the photos, the trees and shrubs create a delineation line between a backyard and a swamp. The Swamp Goat is thought to be prowling in areas similar to the ones displayed in the photos. During this push towards Summer it is common for the Swamp Goat to lurk in the shadows.
