The GOATS (yes, plural) are out there!
Recently a haiku (reproduced below) was received anonymously via electronic mail. The sender's email originated from the Nara Prefecture of Japan. This confirms our years of under the radar research that the Swamp Goat phenomenon is global. This image of what we assume is our Moon was attached to the email. There must be some lurking connection. Readers feel free to speculate.
